Service at
Villa Paraiso operates 7 days a week with a
FULL STAFF OF 13. Service starts at 7am until 11pm providing you with 3 meals per day plus snacks, appetizers and beverages throughout the day. Your villa Manager arrives early morning and is with you through the day to arrange all your daily activities such as golf, tennis, water sports, massages, tours, and transportation. Should we have any early risers before 7am (it happens, and the sunrise is gorgeous) our Security staff will provide you with coffee and pastries until the kitchen staff arrive at 7am...
Before your arrival at
Villa Paraiso we provide you with a GUEST ARRIVAL INFORMATION SHEET so we can be ready for your group. On this sheet we request the names and flight information for you and your guests. We can then book your transportation from the airport to
Villa Paraiso, which costs you about 1000 Pesos for an air-conditioned van that seats approximately 10 to 12 people depending on the amount of luggage (example golf clubs may take 2 vans).
Villa Paraiso is located 45 minutes to 1 hour (depending on traffic) from the airport..
This sheet also requests some very important information on beverages so we can have the bar fully stocked with your requests when you arrive, and informs us of any dietary requirements or allergies. It also asks that you choose what time you would like your dinner the first night and your choice of Cuisine. Most people choose Authentic Mexican with Chef’s choice for the first night. Upon arrival we offer your group a welcome drink and snacks.
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12 noon. If this doesn’t coincide with your flights please let us know and other arrangements will be made where possible.
After the staff gets you settled in and comfortable our Villa Manager can set-up a 3 day menu plan with times of service, we do ask that your whole group sit down together. We have sample menus to help with choices.
Breakfast served from 8am until 10am
Lunch served from 12pm until 2pm
Snacks and appetizers through the day
Dinner served from 6pm until 9pm
Your Food & Beverage is not included in the rental of the villa. Your Villa manager does all the grocery shopping and will provide you with a statement of your food & Beverage expenses the day before you leave (you may view at anytime). He will supply you with the best quality meat, fish, dairy, produce and shop around to get you the best prices.
There is a 10% service charge on your statement to cover costs for fuel, deliveries, CC charges, etc. Depending on how much you eat and drink (as each group
is different) costs run about $35.00 to $45.00 USD per person per day. This is us providing you 3 meals per day with snacks, beverages and alcohol. Very reasonable, you pay this amount for
1 meal in a nice restaurant. Villa Paraiso accepts, Visa, Master Card, USD, or Pesos for your food & beverage expenses.
We are often asked, “What are the customary guidelines for tipping the staff?” While tipping is optional, it is customary in the industry and greatly appreciated by the staff. We recommend 15 to 30 pesos for each staff member from each guest per day.. This can be paid in pesos or U.S.D. at the end of your stay. (Sorry we can’t accept credit cards for this transaction).
