Cream of Poblano Soup
Poblano peppers, onion, garlic, corn and fresh cream blended into a creamy soup served with a crisp bread crouton.

Cream of Asparagus Soup
Creamy asparagus soup made from chicken stock served with a crisp crouton and warm bread.

Tortilla Soup
A Mexican classic tomato based soup, served with a selection of accompaniments, avocado, onion, cilantro, sour cream and oregano.

Cream of Lobster Soup
Rich lobster bisque made from lobster, fresh tomatoes and flavored with a hint of garlic and brandy.

Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine lettuce dressed in a Caesar dressing with shaved parmesan cheese, anchovies and crunchy croutons.

Chicken Salad
Sesame oil and lime marinated chicken breasts served on a crisp romaine lettuce with carrots and fresh tomatoes.

Sweet & Sour Salad

Tender pork loin stuffed with spinach, prune, apple and raisins served with creamed potatoes and steamed vegetables with a sweet and sour sauce.

Char-Grilled Rib-Eye Steak
Char-grilled Rib-eye steak cooked to your liking served with new baby potatoes, buttered chayote, carrots and broccoli.

Stuffed Chicken Breast
